C. A visitor to the HOA-USA site may submit contact information for another person who is considered to be a member of a specific homeowner association. For example, the president of the board of directors, or the chairperson of the association's newsletter/website committee. This contact information may include name, physical address, email address, or phone number. This contact information is not displayed on the site and is provided only upon email request for a legitimate purpose and not for solicitation. For example, single contact information is typically provided to closing attorneys or Realtors.
D. When navigating through the HOA-USA Web site, you'll have an opportunity to decide whether or not you would like to be included on HOA-USA's e-newsletter/mailing list. If you are included on HOA-USA's mailing list, we may notify you about important functionality changes to the Web site, new services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable.


3. Will HOA-USA disclose the information it collects from its visitors to outside parties?

HOA-USA will not sell, lease or rent personally identifiable information collected on the site or in any form. HOA-USA may send your personally identifiable information to third parties when:

A. We recieve an email request for association contact information for a legitimate purpose such as a single request for documents from closing attorneys and/or realtors.
